There are different processes for booking stores, malls and events, here is a summary:
Foodstuffs stores - New World & Pak n Save
These stores need to be booked directly with each individual store. Some stores will require your rep to book the store directly. We can book all the stores for you once a store list has been agreed.
PEL Stores - Countdown/Foodtown
These stores need to be booked directly with PEL through their IPRO system. We can do this for you once a store list has been agreed. PEL charge a demonstration fee for each store demonstrated in and they will pass on this charge directly to you as the client and this fee will not be included in our quote.
Malls
Mall charge and availability vary depending on location and if you want a roaming or stationary demonstration. Once these factors are decided we can book these locations for you. Mall fees will be invoiced immediately upon booking and will need to be paid within 7 days.
Events
We can recommend suitable events for your brand to be sampled and promoted in. We have a full list of events nationally. Once you have indicated interest at being at an event, we will book the site or event and work up a great execution for you.
