Terms of Trade

All quotes are valid for 21 days.
Payment terms are strictly 14 days following invoice with the exception of mall and event fees where 7 day payment is required.
Couriers/freight and mileage on quotes are purely estimates and may vary once campaign is confirmed and staffed.
Training costs are based on the actual number of staff used.
Cost exclude any PEL store booking costs which are invoiced to the client directly.
Cancellation or postponement of sessions less than 5 days prior to commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of talent costs, cancellation or postponement of sessions within 48 hours of a session booking will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of talent costs.
Any photos or video footage taken during a campaign remain solely the property of Product Placement 2011 Ltd, and maybe used on their website or in promotional material.
