The client brief
The Client wanted a fast tracked activation over a highly condensed period of time to support the launch of a new product in a highly established Brand. A key outcome was also to engage the Sales team and to get them to see the value in, in store Demonstrations. The product Finish Quantum – A whole new world of shine. The response Working with the Clients BTL Agency and their Sales team we developed an in store program covering 200 Supermarkets in 4 weeks that added another critical touch point to the overall Marketing Campaign. Team members wore distinctive Branded “Finish” shirts with shiny silver aprons to reflect the positioning of the Brand. Roaming Demonstrators were located by large impactful product displays in order to inform shoppers of the benefits of the new product. $3.00 instant coupons and additional samples were used as an additional “call to action” for the shopper to purchase while our team was in store. Close contact with the Sales team was maintained at all times throughout the campaign so they were fully briefed on the mechanics. The outcome Over 3000 full size Finish Quantum packs were placed in shopper’s trolleys over the course of the campaign. The client said “We’re really pleased with how the campaign went. Our Auckland sales teams are already asking when the next Demonstrations are”
