The client brief
Support the launch of a new and unique product. Demonstrate the ease of having this product in the freezer and serving it as a healthy snack. The product Sushi Co – Frozen Sushi The response The challenge with this product was that frozen sushi was a sharp deviation from the way sushi is normally sampled and enjoyed. The client wanted the demonstration to showcase the ease of quickly defrosting the product. We recommended a series of in store demonstrations tying in closely with the client's promotional programme. Defrosting the product in the microwave demonstrated first hand how easy and convenient it was to have this product on hand for a tasty snack. The outcome Shoppers who may not have tried the product had the opportunity to do so and once they had experienced the product were happy to purchase it. The campaign raised significant awareness for the product.
