To get Welsh supporters carrying flags into the Semi Final game as possible

The response 
As this was official RWC Merchandise we were able to access areas of the fan zones, and transport links on the night. Teams were strategically placed throughout the key routes to the stadium.
 
The outcome 
The entire shipment of 10,000 flags distributed to supporters in less than 4.5 hours.
